So, what can you expect from the therapy experience? We believe healing happens in relationship. When you work with a therapist, you allow an outside, unbiased professional to empathize with and provide insight into what you are experiencing. All thoughts and feelings are welcome in therapy and we encourage the expression of them as a way to move forward.

Your pain is valid. It is our goal to help you feel seen, heard, and understood. We will work with you without shaming you and hold compassion for you when it is difficult to do so yourself. Therapy is a place for making meaningful change. You can expect to be met with kind confrontation when you are getting in the way of your own healing and growth.
